I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?

At IgniteFit, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact ignitefitceo@gmail.com. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. To qualify for a return, please ensure that the items are unworn, in their original condition with the original tags attached, and still in the clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact. Refunds will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the returned items. Items that are returned in a condition other than their original state, including damage or missing parts not caused by our error, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
